Ingredients:
1 champagne mango, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
5 small/medium sweet tomatoes, each cut into 6 pieces
1/6 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 lb. french beans, steamed, cut in half
Spicy dressing, whisk well
1 or 2 red or green small fresh chilies, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbs. olive oil
